Cleaning
Removal of all dirt and foreign material (grout residue, paint, glue, tape, etc.) from the surface of the stone and the grout joints.

Polishing
A process using a mild and safe compound that usually will remove minor hazing, light water spots, micro scratches and minor etching. It will produce a high reflective finish without crystallization, wax, topical or any other coatings

Sealing - Surface Sealing
Is a coating made of Acrylic, wax or similar products applied to the stone, can be matt, satin or semi gloss finish. Recommended for honed and certain type of stones. Cannot be applied to polished surfaces. Protects the stone from mild chemicals and acidic (citric) products

Sealing - Below Surface sealing
A below surface premium impregnator sealer, that protects against penetration of moisture, dirt, oil, fat and stains. It will preserve the natural beauty of the stone.

Grinding
A process by which the surface is aggressively ground using proprietary diamond technology. Removes heavy stocks of the stone. It removes deep scratches as well as lippage and flattens the surface. It provides a high-gloss reflection finish to stone using several diamond pad grits (30-50-70-120-220-400-600-800-1000-1800-3500-7500) instead of chemicals and waxes.

Resurfacing (honing)
A process that uses fine abrasives or grits intended to resurface the affected area. The surface will get smoother and will enable better polishing. The process will remove gloss finish, minor to moderate scratches and etch marks (light stains) caused by acidic products or high alkaline substances.

Stripping
Removal of water-base coats (wax, acrylics) or solvent base coats (urethane, varnish, lacquer) from the surface of the stone.

Deep Stain Removal
Removal of “below the surface” discoloration (food, drink, oil, metal, rust, algae, mildew, etc.) using a special poultice stain remover.

Scratch Removal
Using a hand held diamond pad or abrasives to remove deep, scratches from the stones’ surface. Removal success depends on the type of stone, depth of scratch, blending, etc.

Repairs of Holes Chips & Cracks
Using a special patching material (epoxy, polyester glue, powder stone fillers) we refill holes, chips and cracks of most of different stones. Color will be matched as closely as possible.

Ongoing Maintenance
Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly or Semi-annual programs designed to keep your stone looking beautiful all the time. Frequency is determined on the type of stone, traffic patterns and budget.

Crystallization
A chemical transformation of the stone surface that takes place between the calcium molecules and the special acids resulting in a harder vitrified surface. It is a chemical reaction that is initiated through the use of steel wool, fluorosilicates or similar acids and the basic stone surface. It blocks the pores of the stone. Not recommended for many cases.

Grout - Cleaning
Using only a non-acid safe cleaners and steam if stubborn dirt is infiltrated. Guaranteed not to harm your grout and tile floors. We bring back as close as the original clean color.

Grout - Staining and Sealing
